Misty, the owner and practitioner at Enrich is a body positive trained yoga teacher. Having received her 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training through Above Average Yoga, Misty has learned the importance of teaching yoga to all bodies, of all abilities. Misty is also an ambassador for the Accessible Yoga organization. 

Misty wants to create a safe space for you to explore movement, healing and wellness. Whether it is private yoga sessions, group yoga sessions, yoga therapy, meditation, reiki or chakra healing Misty wants you to feel seen, understood and safe.
