Service Description

Experience a 60-minute mat-based practice that focuses on incorporating the six foundational Pilates principles—breath, center, control, concentration, precision, and flow— within movement. Students will be invited into a variety of Pilates-informed exercises that work to enhance strength, mobility, stability, and overall body awareness. Expect to engage the muscles of your trunk, from shoulders to hips, with a series of movements performed lying on your back, side, and front, as well as in seated and kneeling positions.
