Service Description

This class will start with taking a few minutes to check in with our thoughts and intentions. This will be followed by a brief meditation and breathwork. Throughout the class we will work on seated and standing poses. Different postures may include kneeling, lying on the belly/back and balancing poses. The first part of the class will be focusing on gentle, yet active movements. The second part of the class will provide slower, restorative poses as we wind down and eventually make our way into Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels and modifications will be provided.
