Prenatal Yoga offers mothers a unique and much needed opportunity to: • Feel empowered in their bodies and minds • Provide a sense of community and supportive space • Help reduce stress and anxiety • Prepare their body for labor, delivery, and recovery (postpartum) • Nurture a deeper connection with baby • Strengthen, tone, and stretch muscles within the body (to support your growing baby) Themes: Week 1: Re-introduction to self Week 2: Breath Week 3: Fostering a connection with Baby Week 4: Breathwork and Visualization Week 5: 5 Elements and Pregnancy Week 6: Grace, Gratitude, Compassion Week 7: Preparing for Labor Week 8: Self Care Please Note: These themes can change depending on the needs of the students.
