Service Description

Start each week with a yin practice to sooth your nervous system and deeply release tension through your muscles and fascia. This class will leave you feeling grounded, balanced and with a deep sense of ease so you can meet any challenges that arise throughout the week. Join Amanda each Monday, a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and social worker, with experience in trauma informed practice, rest and recovery, who takes a science based approach to mental health and movement practices, building skills for overall wellness, on and off the mat.
