Saturday Night Stretch and Yoga Nidra

Service Description

In this relaxing class, we will begin with a short full body stretch and move into a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, or Yoga Sleep. During this meditation you are relaxed and supported, laying down, while Misty guides you through a journey designed to help you bring balance to your life and nervous system. Working with the Koshas (8 layers of your body), we spend time with each layer, guiding you to relaxation of body, mind and spirit.
