Service Description

If you are between the ages of 12 and 17 you are welcome to join Patti for this amazing series of movement and self care. In 8 weeks you will gain a better understanding of how yoga feels in your body. Breath and mindfulness practices will also be integrated to give you the tools to manage stress and anxiety. Oh....and Patti has the best playlists!
