Reiki is an ancient healing modality that originated in the eastern world. Misty is a level 3 Usui Reiki Master as well as a Violet Flame Reiki Master. Reiki is a hands on or hands off healing session that involves realigning your own life force energy to operate optimally. Reiki is not the practitioner giving you energy, reiki is about the practitioner being the conduit to your own energy healing yourself. These sessions are incredibly relaxing (clients are fully clothed on a massage table) and can have a lasting impact for some time afterwards.
