It is believed in Eastern medicine that our bodies have energy centers that help us function optimally. When these energy centers become unbalanced, unaligned or even sluggish it can effect our whole being, mentally, physically and spiritually. Misty is trained to recognize which energy centers need to be realigned. After each session the client will go home with a checklist of things that they can do to help keep their chakras in balance, as well as crystals to aid in their continued healing.
