In this hour long session, you will be guided on a shorter yoga nidra session and then also have a shorter Reiki session, you will be able to experience the healing benefits of both modalities at the same time. This is a great option for those that want to try both modalities or those that want a top up of both in one appointment. Clients are well supported and relaxed on a massage table in Misty's tranquil and calm yoga space (fully clothed of course).
