A Class With a Little Bit Of Everything
Service Description
Looking for a little bit of everything in your practice? In this class we’ll dip our toes into some of the strengthening and stabilizing aspects of the various Asanas, to help build stability in joints, and fluidity in movement that you can carry through to every part of your day. We’ll do some Yoga for brain health and memory retention, some face yoga, isometric and core work, some pelvic floor work (no, that’s not just for women or mothers), and we’ll look at some ways we can loosen stubborn tight muscles or strengthen overly loose ones. In a safe, inclusive space, with lots of possible variations so we can work with our own unique bodies. Students will need to have yoga blocks, yoga strap (or long belt), a bolster (or tightly rolled blanket), 2 yoga therapy balls in a sack (or two tennis balls in a thin sock)
