“This is the hidden gem of Hazeldean! Such a welcoming studio. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have really enjoyed trying all the different classes. The small class sizes create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. I would totally recommend this yoga studio for new and long time yogis!"

This studio is a true example of a place that deems itself as inclusive and lives up to exactly that. I have never felt so comfortable in a yoga studio before which has allowed me to focus more on getting what I need out of my practice. The space is also absolutely lovely. I have been able to attend a few of Amanda's Yin classes and can already feel these classes becoming an integral part of my week - looking so forward to coming back!

I have faithfully been attending the Relax and Unwind class with Sarah since Enrich Wellness and yoga opened. Prior to covid, I had taken some yoga classes at fitness gyms but always found the classes were too crowded and it was hard to see wat the instructor was doing. I love the atmosphere of this studio, and appreciate that the instructors all have a non-judgemental approach. The selection of props is a game changer ! I highly reccomend this place for anyone who wants to improve their overall wellness 🙂
