Yoga Instructor

Megan (she/they) was first introduced to yoga in her late teens and has practiced from her heart ever since. She completed her 200hr YTT in August 2012 and has received her bachelors degree and master's degree through the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation at the University of Alberta. In her yoga classes, Megan strives to create welcoming spaces for practitioners of all levels to come as they are and to be as they need to be. Megan believes yoga can be used as a site for personal healing that can enable us to become embodied and active agents of social change and justice. If you see Megan in the wild, she will likely be covered in animal hair and/or talking about her daughter (who has been her greatest teacher).
