Your Frequently Asked Questions

What is the mission of your organization?

At Enrich Yoga and Wellness, our mission to create a safe and welcoming environment for any person who would like to participate in yoga; regardless of age, size, gender, race, religion, or anything else. We are an accessible and inclusive yoga studio based on wellness, not performance or competition.

How do you create an inclusive and welcoming environment?

Our studio is small and cozy, we have one washroom that is gender neutral. Our staff have inclusivity training, and we make it clear in many ways that all people are welcome at our studio.

Is your studio size-inclusive? What accommodations do you offer for all body types?

YES! Not only is Misty, the owner of the studio living in a large body, but many of our other instructors are as well. All of our instructors have had training about teaching to people in bigger bodies. Our straps (prop) are all long enough to accommodate bigger bodies, we have two types of blocks that can be chosen for the right amount of support and our chairs are rated for 400 pounds.

What types of yoga classes do you offer, and are they suitable for beginners?

We offer Gentle yoga, which is great for beginners, although even our flow classes are suitable for beginners as we offer variations to poses and the use of props throughout. Our Chair Yoga class is a great option for all students as well.

Are your instructors trained in LGBTQ+ sensitivity and inclusivity?

We participated in a group training / workshop on just that topic. Of course, there is always room for improvement, but we are trying as best as we can.

Do you have any gender-neutral or inclusive changing facilities?

We have only one washroom, which doubles as our changing facilities.

What is the pricing structure for classes and memberships?

We have various pricing options to choose from, everything from a one time class pass to a monthly unlimited membership. We also have “Pay what you can” pricing, just give Misty a call to discuss your options.

Are there any online or virtual class options for those who can't attend in person?

We offer virtual classes throughout the week, not all classes on the schedule have a virtual option but many of them do.

Do I need to have my own yoga gear to come to the studio?

No! We have absolutely everything you could need, besides a change of comfy clothes. Although, speaking of clothes, feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in (no fancy yoga pants needed here). We have mats for you to use as well as every other type of yoga prop you could think of.

What else do I need to know?

Sometimes the studio has a four-legged friend working. Her name is Bella and she is an almost four-year old Bernese Mountain Dog. She is Misty’s girl and is a PAWSS certified emotional support animal. If you have allergies or fear of dogs please reach out to Misty and let her know, she will leave Bella at home.

How can I contact your studio for more information or to book a class?

Feel free to email misty at

or give her a call or text at 780-686-5109
